Description
NE103
Temperature: neutral.
Base: yellow, orange.
Suitable for: dark, contrasting light brown (rusy) hair and artificial blondes with bright eyebrows. Also suitable for brunettes with moderate contrast and normal or thin skin.
On very thick, cool skin, work with a warm corrector.
If you need to lighten the tone, use a yellow corrector or dilute it with injection water or special diluents. If working on mulatto or very dark Asian skin and you do not wish to lighten but rather warm up the tone, use a corrector with a red base.
Technique: shadow blending, dense blending, and the hair-stroke method (on thick, cool skin, add the corrector). Eyeshadows are applied on the eyelids.
It is removed by warming up the color and with remover, without any special adjustments.
