Secondary numbing gels #607, 10ml

A classic adrenaline-free secondary numbing gel. Designed specifically for use with removers.

The first stage of inflammation, which occurs after exposure to a remover, involves the microcirculatory channel, where vascular tone and permeability play a crucial role. When using the secondary cooling gel "CLASSIC," vasospasm does not occur, and there is a normal immune response to the effect of acids on skin tissues.

Why do we not recommend using secondary numbing gels for removers when performing a permanent makeup procedure?

Secondary cooling gels for CLASSIC and GENTLE removers do not contain adrenaline or analogs. This means that when using them, we guarantee a pronounced effect of anesthesia. However, the vasospasm and whitening of the skin, which are customary when working with a cocktail, will not occur, and the secretion of ichor will continue. For use with a remover, this is an absolute plus; however, when applying permanent makeup, it can complicate the work. Therefore, we put the phrase on the labels of gels #607 and #608: "Do not use for tattooing." But if your client reacts too intensely to gel anesthesia #611 or #612 (the skin of the lips and eyebrows becomes very white or “dulls”), if your work technique excludes the release of ichor, then it is permissible to combine gels #611 and #607 during the procedure (based on articaine) or #612 and #608 (based on tetracaine), especially on repeat passes.
